I sandpapered my Foot Calluses yesterday so I opted not to go on an extended walk to give my callused foot a little bit of rest. 

I did, however, start to familiarize myself with the many ways that I could exercise my Upper Body with my Rubber Tubes. They're better than the Rubber Bands that I have. Because the tubes are longer and I can easily adjust their lengths by simply twisting them around my Hands!  🙂  And I learned that, since I'm more interested in toning my Upper Body, I should just stick to the lightest resistance tube. For I plan on doing high Repetitions and many Sets for my Chest, Back & Arms!  😎
