I started a gym membership today, Columbus Day, Monday, October 13th, 2025, at PLANET FITNESS here in Vallejo, CA.
I'll be doing nothing but Low Weights/High Repetition Super Sets: 10 Arm/Shoulder/Back Exercises for 100 Repetitions EACH without any Rest in-between EACH exercise to stabilize my Shoulder Girdle. It's what I've ALREADY been doing for 2 months now.
But I need to workout in a gym because I don't have an exercise bench. With a bench, I can do 8 Chest/Abdomen/Core Super Set Exercises.
I'll be doing these exercises until May or June of next year. That should be enough time for my Upper Body to catch-up with my Lower Body in Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Tone.
I had to stop by the BofA today because yesterday was a Federal Holiday.
Then I went to the CSAA office to pay for a license tag for my Saturn SC-1. And I went to the local Social Security Administration Office to get help with contacting someone at the California Labor Board. I talked to someone on the phone who then gave me the number for the Labor & Pension program located on the Eastern part of the USA, which is 3 hours ahead in time. I'll call the number tomorrow.
After starting the format of this blog at the Admiral Callaghan Lane's Target Shopping Center McDonald's Restaurant, I drove on over to the GROCERY OUTLET BARGAIN MARKET for some groceries and noticed this:
