Today, Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, a strange Auditory sensation just stopped by itself after I experienced it for the last 24 hours or so. It is medically termed Pulsatile Tinnitus. Instead of the constant ringing in my Left Ear, I could only hear & feel my Blood Pulse. It could be more serious if it doesn't resolve itself in a matter of days; AND ... there is Dizziness, Vision Changes and/or Headaches involved! But I experienced no such changes. More than likely though, it's because of my Neck Pain. I haven't been to a Chiropractor for a Spinal Adjustment in over 7 years ❗
Then, I went to Martinez, CA to start the process of drawing from my Union Fund Pension. It took about 43 minutes with the help of the Benefits Clerk. I'll need to come back here in about a month to finalize everything.
Then, I went to this Golden Corral Buffet
Restaurant for Lunch. I loaded up on
Meat and Fish. I think that I have
developed a "reaction" to foods
fried in seed oil! I was not
feeling well on the drive
back to Vallejo, CA. I
salivated heavily as
I walked to my building then
proceeded to vomit 2 X! 🤮

before I entered the
Condo building,

Then, I went to the GROCERY OUTLET BARGAIN MARKET just 3 blocks away. They have a 24-Count Carton of Medium Brown Eggs for sale at $4.99. But customers bought out the 12-Count Cartons of Large White Eggs, instead, for the MUCH Cheaper price of $0.99❗🤑❗

The deadline date was April 10th, a Saturday. And All Government Offices Are Closed On Weekends! Today was the soonest that I could come in because I was busy last Friday and Saturday prioritizing my Federal & State Government Tax Returns❗ The assistant clerk said that I cannot get an extension without a Late Penalty Fee of an extra $100.00, and that I have until the end of June to pay it before they start charging Interest each month on it‼️ I'll just have to wait 'til the end of June before I pay it off, then‼️🤨👎‼️ The Primary is on June 2nd.
