I worked for him from 12:30 p.m. 'til 7:00 p.m. It was all outdoor in the sun and involved walking around, pushing/carrying boxes and cases before loading them on industrial pushcarts to take the items into the warehouse. I was on my Feet the whole time and didn't stop to rest because of my supposed Congested Heart Failure. 🙄 I had to be reminded 3 hours after I started work to take a 10-Minute Break and a 30-Minute Lunch Break 2 hours after that. Or I would just have worked straight through the shift! I logged-in more than 7,000 Steps on my Pedometer that whole time!
