This morning of Monday, June 15th, 2026, I decided to see if a Salad Dressing from November 2018 that was stuck behind everything else on a refrigerator shelf was still good. It was. But I decided to just throw it away with the trash. 🗑️ 

I then went to the Main Post Office to drop off a bill payment and my Kaiser Permanente FIT KIT® Stool Sample just 2 minutes before it closed at 5:00 p.m. But ( pun intended ) the sample that I sent is of a Hard Stool and may show up as Positive for "Blood in the Stool."

I'll know in 2 or 3 days ....
