Yes, you can ( or may ) "see" things if you stare up at the ceiling long enough while you wait to fall asleep. ( This Is Not Visions, Just Images! ) I base this on my Personal Experiences. Why will you "see" things? Because you are telling your Eyes that you are "seeing" something in the Dark. So, your Eyes will do a "radar scan" ( think of an animated Yin-Yang ☯️ symbol, except that the rotation is done in a Counter-Clockwise fashion ). Of course, your Color Vision is not adapted to seeing in the Dark. So, your Eyes will switch to the Black & White Vision around the periphery of your Color Vision Cones; and it will search the Rods in a sweeping Counter-Clockwise fashion in search of a "radar blip." This sweeping motion is hazy-gray in color in a ( mostly ) black background. What the "radar" will be intent on finding is a "face" of some sort, be it human or beast. It's similar to when you look up in the sky and Pareidolically see images. Once your "radar" detects a "face," your Eyes will fill-in the holes, so to speak--And They Are Not Always Beautiful Faces, mind you!😏! I shopped at the Admiral Callaghan Lane GROCERY OUTLET BARGAIN MARKET.

I dropped off my groceries but changed my mind at the last minute about going to the gym.
I took out the garbage. A neighbor told me that I was leaving a trail on the 2nd floor hallway because a corner of my trash bag was ripped by my bicycle's right pedal as I was leaving my condo. I had to fetch my brush & dustpan to clean up my trail of mostly Unpopped Corn Kernels and bits & pieces of Egg Shells❗😏❗
I made a pot of Popcorn and topped it with my special Topping Mix.
Then, I had to fix my Key Lanyard. I turned one end of it into a longer loop for both the pants belt loop & the end of my belt to keep it from flapping around. Then, I stitched a line all the way to the other end so that the Lanyard is now technically a neater-looking Key Strap. 👌🤓👍

I was here until past 6:00 p.m.
before I started my routine.
A female was using my favorite Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers and the other strider close to it was also being used by another female. I didn't want to use the strider in-between the 2 of them. So, I skipped it!
Yet another female was using my favorite Rowing Machine❗ Are these 3 females marking my "territory"❓🤔❓
By the way, what I mean by "Favorite" is that these particular exercise machines are right below the Cold Air Vents❗🙂❗
I went to the Upper Body Ergometer and used it for 10 minutes. Then I went to my favorite Peloton Bike and used it for 20 minutes. I went back to the U.B.E. and used it again for 10 minutes. And I finished off with another 20 minutes on the Peloton Bike. Then, I walked outside of the gym for 20 minutes to Cool-Down.
All of the Shower Stalls were occupied and it was just an hour away to the 9:00 p.m. closing time. I wondered why Shower Stall # 1 was still not fixed. I just left. 🫤

On my way to the gym, I intended to make a left turn on Couch Street from Sereno Drive at 4:15 p.m. But I oversteered and even missed Broadway Street and got into the opposite side with oncoming Traffic fast approaching❗I slammed on my brakes thinking, Why's the Idiot driving on the wrong lane❓ Then, I noticed the 2 other lanes next to the Left Turn Lane and Realized that I REALLY OVERSTEERED my Saturn SC-1 speeding at approximately @ 30 Mph ( 48 Kmh ) to beat the 🚦 Light‼️ A Vallejo Transit Bus 🚌 stopped at the intersection and flashed its Hazard 🚨 Lights to alert everyone else at the intersection that an idiot--ME--almost caused a Head-On Collision. I backed-up, waved an apology to the other driver and Sheepishly got on Broadway Street To Go In The Right Direction❗⬆️❗ Now, at least I know that my Saturn SC-1 is quite capable of making a hard turn at ~30 Mph!😁!

I started to leave the grocery store when my shopping cart accidentally hit the automatic sliding door at 5:22 p.m.❗I unintentionally scared the Bejesus out of the Security Guard and the couple that he was talking to by the exit‼️😄‼️
I asked a gym staff member why Shower Stall # 1 is still not fixed. He said that it had been fixed already. So, why is there a "Don't Use" sign hanging on the showerhead, I asked. He said that he'll have someone take care of it.
I used the 3rd shower stall. I dropped my Body Wash bottle TWICE and broke its neck❗ I'll have to buy another Body Wash bottle.
At 9:00 p.m., the Lunk Alarm sounded off for me and a few Gym Bros to leave.
I almost hit a Jay-Walking black ninja 🥷🏿 DRESSED IN ALL-BLACK at 9:05 p.m. about 40 Yards from the corner of Redwood & Couch Streets❗ Blacks always do this SH!T at night, dress in black & jaywalk or ride a bicycle without a headlight and without reflectors against Traffic‼️🤬‼️ If that's their way of becoming rich by suing a driver, they are going about it the Wrong Way ( 'see what I just did there? 😉

I went to the 1 Rancho Square Dollar Tree Store to buy 4 things. There was only 1 cashier and the line had 30 - 40 people ahead of me. I just left to have some coffee and fountain drinks at the Wendy's Restaurant.
Somebody had let the Sunday newspaper.
I took it to read the local news. 📰
Then, I went to the gym after 10:00 p.m. for a quickie workout. Nobody had removed the "Don't Use" sign hanging on the showerhead of Stall # 1❗🤦♂️❗ Lazy, irresponsible, inconsiderate and incompetent Pieces of SH!T❗😠👎❗

I was prescribed an Antibiotic Ointment
and left with a Goody Bag of
Bandages, good for 2 weeks!
I'll swing by the Gym after 10:00 p.m. for a Quickie Work-Out.
Once my Shin is all healed, it will be
time to buy a pair of Shinguards!
I did 10 minutes on the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers, 10 minutes on the Rowing Machine, 10 minutes on the Upper Body Ergometer, 25 minutes on the Peloton Bike and 5 minutes on the UBE.
I arrived home at close to midnight.

So, we would need more Israelite men to donate some more Silver.
