I walked around the Springs Road shopping center after I ate at Selecta Pilipino Buffet Restaurant. I shopped 1st at the Dollar Tree Store for some very low calorie drinks. Then, I walked to the opposite end of the center to do some shopping at Island 🏝️ Pacific and to check the availability of Mang Tomas Letson Sauce and Jufran Banana Ketchup. They still don't have the Mang Tomas Letson Sauce.  🙁

I'll need to buy the low Sodium soy sauce 

in the green cap on the far right.

They have just a few bottles left of

the Jufran Banana Ketchup.

I wanted to buy this young coconut drink.

But it costs $5.49(?) per coconut! 🥥 

I just bought a bottle of water.

Then, I decided to go to Grocery Outlet Bargain Market to see if they have Eggs in stock since Island Pacific had no chicken eggs on the shelves!

But the eggs are still overpriced! I will 

wait for about a month or so since

it will take hatchlings 4 weeks 

to grow to egg-laying adult 

hens, no thanks to the 

growth hormones 

that they are 

forced to

Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients:

1 (15.25 oz) box of lemon cake mix

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

½ cup of sugar

1 (21 oz) can of lemon pie filling

Directions: Mix dry ingredients together. Dump in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Fold pie filling mix into softened cream cheese. Then, dump on top of the dry ingredients in the baking pan.

Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C). 

Bake according to package directions.
