I went to see this 1st of 2 movies today, February 18th, 2025, a Bargain Tuesday All Day, at the Regal Edwards Fairfield & I-Max, in Fairfield, CA. I only paid $1.00 for a Ticket & a big Tub of Popcorn because I decided to use the earned points on my Regal Crown Movie Card❗🤑❗I put a Prime Glowberry Hydration Drink in my 20 oz ( 591 ml ) iced water bottle to help counter the Sodium content of the Popcorn that I will be ingesting.

When I went back to my car, I almost mistakenly headed to the blue car parked next to my car, a Maserati.  😁 😁 😁  Expensive cars don't really make sense to own because they depreciate in value the moment that you drive them off a dealership's lot. Lease them, don't own them! But What In The Hell Is A Maserati Owner Doing At The Grocery Outlet Bargain Market❓🤷‍♂️❓ I've heard of people owning fancy, expensive cars but live paycheque to paycheque. This guy must be one such owner! No wonder he parked at the side of the building away from the grocery store entrance❗🤦‍♂️❗

Then, I went to the Springs Road Dollar Tree Store to look for stuff to buy. I felt faint a few times because I was dressed too warmly since I expected it to be cold weather today all day! I just bought 2 packs of Toilet Paper so that I wouldn't stress myself with a heavy load of bags, since I parked my car in the shade about 100 yards/meters away.

In any season, it’s important to make sure to hydrate well. The suggested 64 ounces (1.9 L) of water daily is a guide, 👉but you may need more if you are sweating.👈

👉Sports drinks that supply electrolytes can be helpful,👈 especially if you are getting exercise — indoors or out. 👉Don't let yourself get thirsty or have a dry mouth.👈

Seconds later, I walked by a car with a very aggressive dog in it that wanted to break the window to get at me! Damn dog!! I had my knife ready to be drawn!!! I may have felt faint, but Adrenaline would've kicked in to give me the boost to "neutralize" the threat❗ And it's owner would be wise NOT TO STEP IN‼️ Vicious, aggressive dogs should not be let out in public without a leash (lead) and/or a muzzle since I consider such unrestrained dogs As Deadly Assault Weapons And I Would Not Hesitate To Act Accordingly In Self Defense❗🤨❗

I rested in my car until I felt okay enough to drive. It was around 3:30 p.m. by then.

I stayed home today, Thursday, February 20th, 2025, as a precaution, and didn't go out for a Distance Walk. 🚶‍♂️

Late in the evening, I noticed that my knees were not as swollen anymore. And my knees' flexibility is almost back to normal because I drastically cut back on my Prescription Medication intake. Instead of the prescribed 7 Heart Medications, I went down to using just 2 of them since they have identical effects to the other 5. And I half-dose each of the 2❗I feel better this way❗👍❗ 

And it got me to thinking .... Why would doctors prescribe to a patient 2 or more medications that have somewhat similar effects❓ 🤔❓And I recalled that Big Pharma does Higher Dose and/or Mixed Prescription Medications lab testing on animals because it is "unethical" to experiment on humans. But They Do Need Human Test Subjects For Their Own Experiments! So, enter the human Guinea Pigs, i.e. Doctors' Patients! As unsettling as it is for me to admit and to say, Higher Dose and/or Mixed Prescription Medications are done TO OBSERVE IN A NON-LABORATORY SETTING THE MORBIDITY/MORTALITY AGGREGATE DATA ON DRUG-DEPENDENT UNWITTING HUMAN GUINEA PIGS❗😈❗ As I've said it recently, To HELL with Big Pharma and pill-pushing docs‼️
