Today, Thursday, September 18th, 2025, I decided to skip the Wall Squat because the Scabs on my Left Knee are starting to harden and are making it harder for me to bend the knee.
I looked up the Guinness Book Of World Records on the Wall Squat.
Yeah, 6 MINUTES is tops for me, for the time being .... 😏 I had a hard time standing up from the Wall Squat and my Legs shook uncontrollably as I walked!
I ALREADY Beat the current Guinness Book Of World Records set in 2021 & 2024 by over 3 times! To be fair, though, the current records are by a Leg Amputee, Dareen Barbar and by someone with Cerebral Palsy, Ryan Fink. But they "cheat" by using the Palm of their Hands to push up against the wall! I, on the other hand, rest my Hands & Forearms on top of my Thighs❗
The 11 Hours, 51 Minutes & 14 Seconds record set by Dr. Ho will be Very EXTREMELY HARD TO BEAT, though‼️😫‼️ That's like a marathon of 6 TUBI movies to watch❗ There have better be "bathroom breaks" so that I can rub sticky glue on my Back & Butt❗😉❗
