Since it's my 1st time get-

as an aid!

I think that a long pole will

stair step to pull myself up

from the Squat position.

I learned the hard way what I was doing wrong all of this time: When doing the Wall Squat, your Upper & Lower Legs have to form a perfect Square with the Floor & the Wall. ⬜ I was standing closer to the Wall than I should've! That's why there was too much stress on my Knees❗🤦‍♂️❗

Anyway, my new record now is ~6 MINUTES 34 ⅔ Seconds❗☺️❗
