Today, November 5th, 2025, I had to swing by the Main Post Office to drop-off 2 Bill Payments. There was an old white lady who suffers from Camptocormia ( the body is bent at a ~45° angle when standing and walking ) and was walking slowly to the doorway. As I let her pass, I wondered how she was able to drive her car. She "stood" in front of the Mail Drop and very slowly went through her envelopes. I waited patiently until I realized that I only had 2 minutes left before the postal clerk would come to collect the envelopes in the Mail Bin at 5:00 p.m.. I had to cut in front of her to drop-off my bill payments. I didn't need to apologize because she turned to face the wall to her right and used it as a writing surface to write ✍️ something on an envelope.
Then, I drove on over to the PLANET FITNESS Gym.
I did Upper Body Exercises today. But I forgot to write them down to this blog. 😕

Today, I brought a pair of Gloves 🧤 for the First Time because I noticed that many gym goers DON'T WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENTS AFTER THEY'RE DONE USING THEM! Hello, It Is Cold, Flu and Pneumonia ( & PLANdemic ) Season❗ I DON'T WANT TO GET FUNGAL INFECTION AND/OR ANY VIRUS ( INCLUDING THE WART VIRUS ) FROM ANY ONE OF YOU IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE POS‼️🤬‼️
I managed to walk🚶♂️ at a speed of
3.0 mph( 4.8 kph ). But I had to
hold onto the rails. I'm kind
of re-learning how to
walk because my
Diabetic Foot Ulcer, and the recurrent
Foot Calluses after that, really did
affect my ability to walk
normally like I used to.
I had to keep reminding myself
to stand straight as I walked.
No Camptocormia for me!
The two Yogurt Bottles are
for when I do my Shoulder
Super Set. They say 7 oz capacity.
But if I fill them to the very top
with water, they are each
1/2 Pound ( 14 g ).

From now on, I need to write down my Sets & Reps & Poundages for each machine that I use:
Leg Press Machine = 3 Sets of 10 Reps each with a 15 Second rest in-between sets and with the Whole Stack of 325 Pounds ( 147 Kg ) and the Backrest adjusted to # 5.
Look what I found yesterday! A dedicated Calf Extension Machine❗👍 It's safer to do calf extensions on this machine than on the Leg Press Machine❗👌
The Bad News is that I had to drop the weight down to 205 Pounds ( 93 Kg )❗🙁👎 I did the same number of Sets & Reps as on the Leg Press Machine and with the same 15 Second rest in-between sets. And I adjusted the backrest to # 2.
I also did the Leg Extension and Leg Curl Machines.
Leg Extension Machine: Ankle Pad angle set at M; Knee angle set at 5; Backrest set at 1. Weight Stack set at 130 Pounds ( 59 Kg ). For 3 Sets of 10 Reps each and with a 15 Second rest in-between sets.
Leg Curl Machine: Ankle Pad angle set at A; Knee Pad angle set at 6; Backrest set at 1. Weight Stack set at 85 Pounds ( ~39 Kg ). For 3 Sets of 10 Reps each and with a 15 Second rest in-between sets.

As I left the gym, I noticed that my car's Left Headlight had burned-out. Oh, well. It Was Time To Drive With High Beams ON! Trust Me, my old car's High Beams are not even as bright as these Damn New Cars' REGULAR BEAM LED HEADLIGHTS❗ And my car's driver's side Headlight, as with all older cars, is aimed lower than the passenger's side Headlight to keep oncoming drivers in the opposite direction from getting Blinded.
