It has been a month since I was promised by an Agent at a Social Security Administration in Oregon that I should be receiving an SSDI ( Social Security Disability Insurance ) claim form to submit to my local SSA Office to obtain a receipt of my Disability Payments to attach to my Union Pension document. But I never received it‼️🤬‼️ I waited until 2:00 p.m. for the form to arrive in the mail before I drove on over to the SSA to see if they could help me with my problem. I was told that they only deal with Federal Government related matters, that I should contact the State EDD ( Employment Development Department ) Office for the Disability Insurance Payment receipts❗🤦♂️❗ As I was leaving, I said to the security guard that they ( the government ) are just giving me the Run-Around‼️

Then I went to FED-EX KINKO'S to make a copy of my request for Disability Payment Receipts from the SSDI ( Social Security Disability Insurance ) Office to attach to my Union Pension Trust Fund so that I can start drawing from my retirement pension. I was the last customer when they closed at 7:00 p.m.
Then I drove to the Admiral Callaghan Lane Post Office to drop off the letter. And I was about to start my grocery shopping when I realized that my Set of Keys ( Main Building Key, Condo Unit Key, Mail Box Key, Postal Box Key and my Safe Deposit Box Key ) was MISSING ‼️ 😧 ‼️
I went back to FED-EX KINKO'S to see if anyone was still there to help me with looking for my keys. It was closed. I went to the Auto Zone next door to see if somebody had turned in a set of keys since I parked in the 1st parking space around the corner. Nobody had found it❗😕
When I got home, I waited for about 30 minutes before a neighbor showed up and I just walked in behind her, informing her that I somehow lost my keys. I told her that I have an extra Main Building Key, Condo Unit Key, Mail Box Key and even a spare Safe Deposit Box Key. I thought that I had an extra Postal Box Key, but I don't! I'll have to go to the Main Post Office to get a duplicate of my Mail Box Key.

Today, Thursday, March 26th, 2026, I spent many hours installing the Deadbolt & Doorknob set. I had difficulty in doing so because of the Neuropathy in my Left Hand. 😕 Then I found that the Deadbolt only works when the Key 🗝️ is in it! This week, the Trump administration filed its powerful reply brief in Trump v. Barbara before the Supreme Court, delivering a clear, originalist takedown of automatic citizenship for children of illegal aliens and temporary visitors.
The brief opens with the core truth: The "main object" of the 14th Amendment's Citizenship Clause was to secure citizenship for freed slaves and their descendants, whose families had long owed allegiance through generational domicile in the United States.
By sharp contrast, aliens merely passing through or crossing borders illegally lack those ties of allegiance. Their children do not receive the "priceless and profound gift" of American citizenship.
The Clause demands birth "in the United States" and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." That means complete political jurisdiction—not just physical presence. Parents must be domiciled here and owe true allegiance. Temporary visitors by definition cannot establish domicile, and illegal entrants lack the legal capacity to do so.
This reading honors the framers' intent, echoes Senator Jacob Howard's explicit exclusions, and aligns with the historical record. It corrects the modern misapplication that has turned birthright citizenship into an incentive for illegal immigration and "anchor babies."
Executive Order 14,160 simply restores the original meaning of the Citizenship Clause on a prospective basis. Oral arguments are set for April 1, 2026. The Court now has the chance to end the abuse of one of America's most generous constitutional provisions and protect the integrity of citizenship itself.
