As I was heading for the Egress of my Condominium Complex, the radio DJ announced, "Happy 👴Seniors 🧓 Day"❗I didn't even know that there was such a Day ( to rub it in 😒 )‼️
I made a mistake about the Blistered Toe❗ But
here it is. This happened last Thursday when
I worked all day in Hot Weather and was
badly Dehydrated to the point that my
Body suffered from Dehydration-Induced
Edema. My Legs & Feet got swollen and
it put so much pressure on my Foot
Calluses that it made it painful
for me to Walk! And which
also affected my Lower Back & forced me
to Limp around! And because my Feet
were swollen from the Edema, a
Blister formed on my Toe
with Hematoma‼️
After I showered, I cranked-out the last piece of Paper Towel from its Dispenser. I needed some more to dry my Teeth before putting my Socks 🧦 back on. I called the Front Desk about it. The staffer told me that he'll have someone get to it right away. No One Came❗ I had to walk out to the gym floor to get paper towels from a dispenser near the StairMaster Area. When I left, the Toilet Paper Dispenser still wasn't refilled‼️ It was 35 minutes after I informed the Front Desk. 😡 Also, my favorite shower stall, # 1, was still not fixed! 🤬 I'm reporting this to the Planet Fitness Corporate Headquarters because there's this newly-hired staffer who's in charge of cleaning the Men's locker room, restroom and shower room but who is Irresponsible, Lazy, Inconsiderate and/or Incompetent. They had an Old Pinoy worker who would always vacuum the Men's Locker Room and another worker who would clean the Shower Room completely; but I haven't seen either one in the last few months.
There were 3 cop cars at the Adilberto's Mexican Restaurant on the corner of Redwood & Couch Streets across from the Wendy's Restaurant. A black vehicle ( SUV? ) had flipped over and was smashed against the light pole. I was tempted to go around the block and park in the Wendy's parking lot to have a better look-see; but I changed my mind and went home instead. The time was around 8:00 p.m. 🫤
I went home and made a Pot of Popcorn and topped it with a melted Avocado Oil and Butter combo seasoned generously with Chunky Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, Indian Red Pepper Powder, Dan O's® Seasoning Spicy Low Sodium Zero Calories salt substitute and Garlic Powder. This is better than just plain ol' Butter and it's more Aromatic, too❗👌🤤👍❗

I bought 2 baby bathtub-sized tubs for my brother in Fairfield and for my sister in Suisun so that they can each take a tub to a nearby Century Cinema Theatre for next year's National Popcorn Day Celebration with their Families. As for my sister in Georgia, I'm not sure if there's even a Century Cinema Theatre near her and her daughter. 🫤
On my way home, I noticed that the Traffic coming from the opposite directions were long, slow and bumper-to-bumper. It meant that the bridge closure was still in Effect❗I just took the longer way home ....
I didn't go to the gym because of my Blistered Toe.

I went to the gym after spending time on my blog.
I tried this other machine for the 1st time: Upper Body Ergometer. This is so underrated that it's hardly ever used! People think that it's only for those in a wheelchair.👨🦽 But it's also for those recovering from Leg or Shoulder Injury, for Boxers, for Swimmers and, in my case, for someone with Congested Heart Failure. Also, this exercise machine targets Muscles in the Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back and Core❗ But don't tell anyone 🤫 because there's only one of this machine at this gym and I don't want anybody else using it when I need it BECAUSE THE OTHERS TAKE TOO DAMN LONG TO REST IN-BETWEEN EXERCISES AND JUST OCCUPY A MACHINE INSTEAD OF CONSIDERATELY YIELDING A MACHINE FOR OTHERS TO USE---No Gym Etiquette At All‼️🙎♂️‼️ You know how long I take to rest in-between exercises? As long as it takes for me to move from one machine to another because it's a long-enough time for me to rest-up! And I Have Congested Heart Failure---Well, supposedly, according to my cardiologist. 🙄 Today, I did 10 minutes on the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers, 10 minutes on the Rowing Machine, 10 minutes on this Ergometer, 10 minutes on the Peloton Bike, 4 minutes on a Treadmill @ 3.5 mph ( 5.6 kmh ), I did a 15-minute Cool-Down Walk🚶♂️outside the gym, and I got back on the Peloton Bike for 5 minutes before I hit the shower.

I decided to stay home to recuperate for a bit since I tried the U.B.E. exercise machine for the first time last night. I want to give my Upper Body a rest because I'll be doing the U.B.E. exercise from now on. My Legs have grown Bigger & Veinier and my Upper Body has a lot of catching up to do❗Until this type of exercise, along with my Rowing exercise and my Dynamic Dead Hangs, strengthens my Shoulders to the point that I can go back to using Weights once again ‼️
