I had Coffee with Cream and some Fountain
Drinks as I worked on the Requalification
For Senior Assistance that's due on the
5th of August. I worked on it for two
hours before heading to the gym:
I did the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers for
14 minutes, the Rowing Machine for 10
minutes, the Peloton Bike for 16
minutes and the Treadmill
for 5 minutes. And I
was going to do some stretches in the
Functional Mobility half cage but
someone had beaten me to it.
I just went over to the 45° HyperExtension
Bench to strengthen and balance my
Core Muscles & complement my
Rowing Machine exercise.

I walked around the gym floor to cool down then sat at a table to start this blog. I checked both of my Pedometers to see how many Steps I made. I was a thousand steps short of my minimum goal of 7,000 Steps. ( I wish that I could add the total of both pedometers and call it a day. But the reason why I have 2 pedometers is because most of my logged Mileage is on the older pedometer; and I couldn't transfer the total to my new phone's pedometer even though it's the same pedometer App in both of my cellphones❗) So, I just hopped back on the Peloton Bike to do 10 minutes and did another 10 minutes on the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers. I had a few more minutes before the clock struck midnight. So, I just walked around the gym floor 3 times. And it was then time to hit the shower!

This doesn't sound legit! Bakeries bake Doughnuts from 2:00 a.m. until about 2:00 p.m. inside Grocery Stores. Independent Doughnut ๐ฉ Shops bake their doughnuts at 4:00 a.m and close shop at around 2:00 p.m or even 3:00 p.m.; but hardly ever beyond that time. Because Doughnuts are basically just for Breakfast, Brunch and Snack times. And they go stale after sitting in display cases for hours on end--especially the Plain ones; and the Plain Doughnuts ONLY taste good if you put a sugary topping or a sugary filling In and/or On them. Spiced Doughnuts remain fresher for longer. Doughnuts and other Bakery goods that are unsold are donated to churches or food drives ... IF THE BAKERY MANAGER OR THE ASSISTANT KNOWS THAT SUCH BAKED GOODS ARE STILL SAFE ( not contaminated ) TO EAT. The church and/or the charity workers have to arrive and pick up the food donations within a certain Time Frame. If the baked goods are not picked up by then, they go in the Compost Bin! Because they are left outside the building where they don't get in the way of foot traffic. And where homeless people go to for something to eat. Unfortunately, The Doughnuts & The Pastries Get Heated In The Sun Inside Of The Plastic Bags, That They Are Kept In To Keep Bugs Away, Which Are Not Food Grade Plastic! So, they have to be put in the Compost Bin after absorbing all of the plastic chemicals. ☠️
