You must be wondering why I don't post anything about eating at the Selecta Pilipino Buffet Restaurant anymore. In fact, this photo that I shared with you from Sunday, May 18th was the very last time that I ate there!

He thinks that paying for his buffet lunch gives him "the ENTITLED Right" to steal whatever catches his fancy‼️He has stolen Food, the Sugar Dispenser that I put on the Coffee ☕ Table, Soda, Napkins, Soup Bowls, and restroom 🚻 supplies like Toilet Paper 🧻, Toilet Seat Liners, Room Freshener, Disinfectant Spray, Paper Towels & Antibacterial Liquid Soap ---WTF⁉️ 🤷‍♂️ ⁉️ I told Rey the proprietor to ban his friend from the restaurant since his late Wife Connie banned jeff from ever coming back; and Rey even caught jeff stealing from him, too❗I told Rey 3 times about permanently banning jeff, to honor Connie's wish. I added that he's in the restaurant business and should make sure that none of his dining patrons get sick from contaminated food because jeff refills the Antibacterial Liquid Soap Dispenser with plain Tap Water, thinking that no one will notice what he did‼️

Well, on Friday, May 16th, when I went to check on the restrooms, I noticed that the toilet seat in the Women's Restroom was covered in wet diarrhea! The poor lady who had the diarrhea had no way of cleaning up herself and the Seat BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOILET SEAT LINER, NO PAPER TOWELS, NO DISINFECTANT SPRAY AND NO ANTIBACTERIAL LIQUID SOAP❗

Fast forward to Sunday. I finished eating at ~3:00 p.m. and waited for 2 more hours before I posted my latest blog. When I got to my Hyundai Accent I threw up on the ground! When I got home, I threw up 4 more times in quick succession into the Toilet Bowl. Less Than 2 Days Later, I came down with a severe case of watery diarrhea which lasted for almost 3 days‼️

I knew it was because the cook couldn't properly wash his hands since the liquid antibacterial soap was Very Watered Down! As I've mentioned it once before, the cook looks like a much older and fatter version of the Whollyweird actor, Jacob Batalon:

I've been feeling under the weather since Friday, November 21st, 2025. I have the Flu❗ 😷❗ 🤧❗ I think that I caught it at the Gym because a lot of Assholes don't wipe down the machines after they get done with them! And I've also seen some people come in when they were obviously Sick‼️ I'll have to avoid going to PLANET FITNESS Gym until after Thanksgiving! 🦃

I felt somewhat better and went to PLANET FITNESS Gym on Monday, November 24th, just to do 10 minutes on a Treadmill set at 3.4 Mph ( 5.5 Kph ) and 20 minutes on the Stationary Bicycle. Then, I showered and went to the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market on York & Marin Streets to buy 2 bricks of Land O' Lakes Unsalted Butter 🧈 and some cheeses and dips.

I went back to the Gym on Wednesday, November 26th, to do 10 minutes on the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rower and 20 minutes on a Stationary Bicycle. Then, I showered and went to the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market on Admiral Callaghan Lane to buy a big glass jar of Adam's Natural Peanut Butter and some cheeses and dips.

The Gym was closed on Thanksgiving 🦃 Day Thursday, November 27th. I guess that I needed the time off to get better. 🤒❗🤧

It's now Sunday, November 30th, 2025. Since I don't want to be sidelined again for an additional 30 years due to Joint Injury, I'm still staying away from the Gym while I go through a bunch of Shoulder Rehabilitation Videos by Squat University, such as these 2:

And if I have the time for it, I would like to have Regenerative Surgery done on my Left Knee's ACL & MCL and both of my Shoulders' Rotator Cuffs using Cadaver Tendons ( since they don't require Immunity Suppression Drugs ). I say, And if I have time for it, because the downtime is from 6 to 12 months; all 3 surgeries will mean that I will not be able to lift weights for 2 Years‼️ I don't think that I can be so patient for such a long Recovery Time. 🫤

Today, Monday, December 1st, 2025, I was feeling better enough, and the weather was warm enough, that I finally decided to replace the burned-out lamp bulb on my Hyundai Accent Driver's Side Headlight. I bought the replacement at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store on Sonoma Boulevard, right across the street from the PLANET FITNESS Gym.

I just bought 1 lamp bulb because I want

to see and compare it to the other

kind of lamp bulb on the

passenger's side.

There's an hour of elapsed time between the

purchase and the installation because I

had a problem with my ratchet

wrench. I finally had to go

back in the store to

have 1 of the employees set the

ratchet wrench in counter

clockwise function.

How embarrassing it was for me! 🥴

I can't wait to drive back home

at the Gym. 🙂
