I went to the Regal Edwards Fairfield & I-Max in Fairfield CA to see this movie on Monday, December 2nd, 2024. The price of admission was $0.00 because I used some of my Rewards points; otherwise, it would have cost me $10.99! I went ahead and bought a tub of Buttered Popcorn for $11.49 to eat with the 2 hard-boiled 🥚 eggs 🥚 that I snuck in! 😃 And I brought a packet of Starburst Blue Raspberry Drink Mix to flavor my 20 oz ( 591 ml ) of iced Aquafina Water.

Note To Myself: Forget Brown hard-boiled eggs. They have 2 thick membranes and which make them impossible to peel cleanly❗🤨👎

3/4 cup grated cucumber

1 teaspoon grated garlic

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive

1/2 lemon, juiced 

1 cup Greek yogurt

Salt and pepper to taste

👉 HONEY MUSTARD

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp yellow mustard

3 Tosp honey

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe:

2 lb top sirloin steak, thinly sliced 

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons mirin 

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 pear (Korean pear preferred), grated

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

Mix Soy Sauce & Sugars: 

In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar until sugars dissolve.

Add Aromatics: 

Stir in minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Incorporate Liquids: 

Add mirin and rice vinegar to the mixture.

Add Pear: 

Mix in the grated pear for sweetness and tenderizing.

Season: 

Stir in ground black pepper, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds if using.

Marinate & Cook: 

Use the sauce to marinate beef slices for at least 30 minutes before grilling or frying.

I stopped by J&R Mini Mart and Gas to buy some lottery tickets before I went to Wendy's Restaurant to while the time away until I had to go do some grocery shopping.

I went to the Food-Maxx Grocery Store on the corner of Redwood & Tuolumne Streets. I haven't been inside this store in over 4 years! I just bought a bag of Pork Rind Cracklings and a bag of Coleslaw. Their self checkout lane was closed. They close it at 9:00 p.m.

I should just shop at the Neighborhood Wal-Mart late at night because their self checkouts close at 10-ish p.m.

I didn't walk as far today because the Wendy's coffee ☕ was telling my Bladder to start leaking if I don't finish my walk ASAP. 🚶‍♂️ I started dripping as soon as I got in my bathroom before I even had the chance to drop my pants! 🚽 Please don't ask me why I didn't go and do a Pee Stop when I was at Food-Maxx.  🤦‍♂️
