I was awakened by a knock on my door, shortly after 8:00 a.m., by someone who came to inform me that they were about to work on my deck. I told him that I already cleared it for them! I felt better on my feet last night as I did a 120 yard/meter jog 🏃‍♂️ up a slight incline when I went out for a walk.  🚶‍♂️

I'll see about gradually extending my jogging distance. I used to jog 12 miles a day, 6 days a week back in the Philippines in 1982. But with my Bad Back, Bad Knee and Callused Foot Ulcer, I'll be happy if I can only jog 4.0 miles/6.4 km without any problems.  🙂😒🙂
