I was awakened by a knock on my door, shortly after 8:00 a.m., by someone who came to inform me that they were about to work on my deck. I told him that I already cleared it for them! All that they had to do was to get on a ladder 🪜 and go do whatever they needed to get done. In the meantime, I'll have to wait to receive a 3rd & final notification that they're all done with the repair/upgrade/maintenance work; before I can put my things back on my deck.

I felt better on my feet last night as I did a 120 yard/meter jog 🏃‍♂️ up a slight incline when I went out for a walk.  🚶‍♂️

8.69 kilometers 

7.82 km

I'll see about gradually extending my jogging distance. I used to jog 12 miles a day, 6 days a week back in the Philippines in 1982. But with my Bad Back, Bad Knee and Callused Foot Ulcer, I'll be happy if I can only jog 4.0 miles/6.4 km without any problems.  🙂😒🙂

Here's my latest Egg Experiment results: The eggs got bigger because they weren't contained in shells anymore. The shells turned into Calcium paste which I gently scrubbed off using the ridges of my thumb and index finger prints. The membrane-enclosed eggs are translucent and yellowish in color because of the yolk. I had to wash them off in order to remove as much of the Acetic Acid as was possible. Because I was going to be boiling them in an aluminum pot which is easily corroded by acidic food. The aluminum pot was my late mom's. It's about 45 years old and has pits, here & there, where it reacted to acid.

The Brown eggs have a yellow ring 

around each one of them since 

the shell-less egg in the 

middle had torn its 

membrane and 

the yolk was 

spilled!

It's THE Most disgusting Boiled Egg That I've ever eaten---EVER! 🤢  It's bitter with a hint of Vinegar!! The cooked membrane is not edible at all as it is just like a popped rubber balloon in texture!!! This Ain't No Pickled Eggs, That's For Sure. 👎
