I went to see this movie yesterday, Wednesday, New Year's Day 2025, here at the Century 14 Vallejo in Vallejo, CA after I ate at Selecta Pilipino Buffet Restaurant. The price of admission was $10.00 ( because they come up with excuses to gouge you for more money ( today's excuse being that it's a holiday 😒 ). I brought a packet of Sonic Zero Sugar Limeade Drink Mix to flavor my empty 18 oz ( 532 ml ) bottle because I forgot to bring a 20 oz  ( 591 ml ) bottle of iced Dasani Water.

The following day, Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, I came to see this movie again because I fell asleep yesterday 😔 😴 💤 during the scene wherein Sonic and Shadow became friends. The price of admission this time was $8.50--$1.50 cheaper than the holiday price--but still high because they charge extra for new movies! 😒👎 I brought a packet of Sonic Zero Sugar Limeade Drink Mix to flavor my 20 oz ( 591 ml ) of iced Dasani Water. I also brought a 1.41 oz ( 40 g ) bar of Fulfil Triple Chocolate Vitamin & Protein Bar to snack on; because I didn't have my 2nd meal last night. I was too full from eating at the buffet that I forewent my last meal. 

Here's what I learned about movie ticket prices:

If a holiday's eve falls on a Bargain Tuesday, it doesn't count towards a ticket discount! 👎

A holiday movie ticket costs extra! 👎

A Friday movie ticket costs extra! 👎

Weekend movies costs extra! 👎

A movie that's not over a week old costs extra! ❗

A Telugu movie ticket costs more than a Hindi or Punjabi movie ticket costs! 👎 ( Don't ask me why. It's one of Life's mysteries. 😕 )

Senior Discount only applies to Soirée movies, not Matinée movies! 👎

I decided to watch the Sonic movie a 2nd time to find out how many scenes I missed. As it turned out, I only missed a few.  😒

After the movie ended, I started my walk to the Admiral Callaghan Lane Target 🎯 Shopping Center. Before I even left the theatre's parking 🅿️ lot, I was barked at by 2 tiny dogs that their owner was taking for a walk. It was a good thing that they were on leashes because I hate tiny, useless dogs that act aggressively! And my knife 🔪 was at the ready. I don't play around when it comes to aggressive dogs, no matter what the size❗🤬❗

I stopped at the Chase Bank before I walked back to my car, and I made sure to jog 🏃‍♂️ up the Incline Ramp for a hundred yards/meters.

Then, I drove on over to the CSAA office 3 blocks away to make an annual membership payment. It took a while for me to get called to the counter because there were many people waiting ahead in line of me! But I used the time constructively by formating this blog.

My Hyundai Accent was low on gas ⛽ so I got off the freeway to gas-up at the Chevron Gas Station across from the Discovery Kingdom/Marine World on Fairgrounds drive. As I was about to pay for gas, I realized that I didn't have my cellphone with me!  😮  I thought that I might have left it at CSAA! When I opened my car door, I saw my 'phone on the driver's seat. I went to pay for gas but was told that Pump # 1, where my car was at, doesn't work! 🤦‍♂️ It didn't even have an Out-of-Work sign on it.  🙄  I had to move my car to Pump # 6. I just got 10 dollars' worth of gas.

 

After I put gas ⛽ in my Hyundai Accent, I headed on to the Dollar Tree Store on 1B Rancho Square here in Vallejo, CA. This store is cleaner and better stocked than the other 3 Dollar Tree Stores here in Vallejo.  👍

But the store was out of 10W-30 Motor Oil for my Hyundai Accent. But they have the 5W-30 for my Saturn SC-1 which I didn't need. And they were also out of an Antibacterial hand soap that I wanted to buy.

I had a good walk 🚶‍♂️ by the end of the day.
