I went out for a walk after I got home. But it was already around 9:30 p.m. And I didn't want to walk to the park at such a late time. So, I just walked around a few times in the condominium complex. Here are yesterday's walking results:

When I had my supper at around 1:00 a.m. at predawn this morning, I found out that my Cardiologist prescribed the wrong dose on one of my Heart Medications: Metoprolol. He wrote the prescription for 50 mg. which is too much for me because it makes me dizzy when I go for a walk. He cut it down to 25 mg 2 years ago. But it was still too high for me. I had to cut the 25 mg. tablet in half which makes me feel better. ( But I still can't walk or jog without being careful or I'll tumble and fall! 😕 )
