I incorporated some jogging 🏃‍♂️ to my walking 🚶‍♂️ routine last night. I wanted to jog for 1,000 yards. But my Left Knee and both of my Calf Muscles were hurting me. I only managed to jog for about 350 yards/meters. I did do a set of 16 reps on Pushups and Dips near the end of my walk, though.

I wasted no time in loading up my table.  😋

Starting clockwise from the top left, a bowl of Stir Fry; a plate of Shrimp Linguine, Roast Beef & Embutido ( Philippine meat loaf ); a bowl of Fried Chicken, Anchovies & Pork; a bowl of Fried Rice; a plate of Sweet and Sour Fish, 2 Philippine sauces & Steamed Rice; a tiny cup of Pig's Blood Stew; and a bowl of Beef Soup! And a piece of underripe Banana.

The 3rd patron to arrive decided that she wanted to do a take-out order of 1 tray of whole Sweet & Sour Fish, 1 tray of Stir Fry, ½ tray of Shrimp 🍤 Linguine and ½ tray of Roast Beef! There went my 2nds ....  😒

After I ate and bought lottery tickets, Rey asked me for a favor. His truck overheated on the freeway on his way to his restaurant. Which was why he was late in opening the restaurant. He gave me $20.00 to buy a gallon of Preston Antifreeze/Coolant at the AutoZone on the corner of Oakwood Street & Springs Road. I just walked the distance as part of my exercise routine. The price with tax came to $29.65.

And I went ahead and put a quart of 10W-30 in my Hyundai Accent. Before I went to do a bit of shopping at the Admiral Callaghan Lane Grocery Outlet Bargain Matket.
