I went to see this yesterday, Thursday, July 31st, 2014, here in Vallejo, CA, at the CENTURY 14 VALLEJO, for the 10:30 p.m. Advanced Screening in auditorium 7, 4th row ( counting from the front ), 8th column ( counting from the left ). The price of admission was $10.75. And I bought a buttered Medium Popcorn ( $6.95 ) and a small 16.0 oz Powerade Mountain Berry Blast ( $4.10 ) at the Concessions Counter.
Quickie Review: A thief who fancies himself as a galactic "Star Lord" ( Chris Pratt ) comes upon a mysterious orb that's highly coveted by a bad guy who wants to use it as a tool for total galactic domination.
The audience loved this irreverent Action/Comedy movie. Needless to say, the audience gave it a "Hands Clapper" ending! I liked it, too. Go see this movie.
And be sure to stay for a funny Bonus Scene during the Ending Credits and another Bonus ( cameo ) Scene after the Ending Credits!
