Today, Monday, March 30th, 2026, I went to the Vallejo, CA Neighborhood Wal-Mart to buy Bustelo Coffee, Coffee Creamer, Evaporated Milk, a gallon of Purified Water, a jar of Purple Popcorn, and a jar of Low-Salt Cashews. I wanted to buy a big bag of Pork Rinds but I changed my mind and decided to cut down on my Salt Intake since I already get enough Salt from all of the Cheese that I eat daily.

I just checked on the Tabasco® Hot Sauce

price before I decide whether to buy it

here or at the Grocery Outlet Bargain

Market. I haven't had this sauce in

years! It's the perfect hot sauce

Today, Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, I finally had to use the Planet Fitness® free Wi-Fi to work some more on this blog. My cellphone 📱 is very slow now and needs to be rebooted every so often because I've used up Way Too Much Data❗

I've been plugging away for an hour

now and I've consumed another

00.01 GB. I'll start my workout

at 9:30 p.m. I should be home

at around midnight or so. 🫤

It is rainy all day. I'm hoping

to get a free carwash tonight!

I tried jogging 🏃 on a Treadmill set at 3.4 m/h ( 5.5 km/h ) for 5 minutes after I did 20 minutes on an Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers. It felt awkward to me as it seemed a bit slow-paced. I'll try it again at 3.5 m/h ( 5.6 km/h ).

Jogging for 5 minutes seems like nothing. But ... now that I no longer have Diabetic Foot Neuropathy on the Soles of my Feet ( especially the Left Foot ), I CAN FEEL THE CALLUSES OF MY FEET WHENEVER I PUT PRESSURE ON THEM. Unlike A Few Years Ago When I Still Had Foot Neuropathy And Couldn't Feel The Calluses And The Skin Would Just Eventually Crack Then Bleed Which Was How My Left Foot Needed Emergency Care Twice ( and I almost lost my Left Foot the 2nd time around )! Two weeks ago, I peeled off a very thick circular Callus from the Ball of my Left Foot. A couple of nights later, I peeled off a thick circular Callus from the tip of my Left Big Toe. I have to keep the Calluses under control from now on if I want to jog for a longer time on the Treadmill. The Calluses on my Right Foot are not as bad ....

I arrived home at around 12:15 a.m. with a washed car❗🙂❗

I went to the Main Post Office to buy Stamps and to drop-off a bill payment. Then, I went to Chase Bank. While still at the bank, I called the JFK Library to see if they have W-2 Tax Forms now available. They do.

As I crossed the intersection of Georgia and York Streets on my way to the library, I saw a Dark Chocolate dressed in a loose Blouse, High Heels 👠 and Butt-Floss Thong! And I Know She Wasn't Heading Down 3 Blocks To Jump Into The Cold Water By The Ferry ⛴️ Building❗

I got a copy of the W-2 FORM and went straight to the York & Marin Streets GROCERY OUTLET BARGAIN MARKET 🛒 to buy a jar of Low Sodium Peanuts, two 12-COUNT cartons of Large White Eggs ( still at $0.99 ) and Hydration Drinks. They didn't have the Nut Butter, Tabasco Sauce and Cheeses that I was looking for. 🫤

Today, Saturday, April 4th, 2026, I swung by the Main Post Office to drop off my HOA payment before I went to the Planet Fitness Gym on Sonoma Boulevard.

non-slip mats at each shower stall.

I have about 20 more minutes before the cut-off time of my blogsite's 24-hour timer ⏳ resets to zero.⌛ Then, I'll post the 24-Hour Race Winners. After that, I'll do some time on the Elliptical Strider w/ Arm Rowers. And take a shower before I go to the Seafood City Pilipino Grocery Store right around the corner and see if they have anything worth buying.

I did 15 minutes on the Exercise Bicycle then I got on the Treadmill and did 6 minutes--not 5--of Jogging 🏃‍♂️ at 3.4 m/h ( 5.5 km/h ). I'm still moving awkwardly on the Treadmill. Once I get the hang of it, I'll increase the Speed up to 6.0 m/h ( 9.6 km/h ) & the Time to 30, 45 or even 60 minutes. I did some more blogging before I took a shower. 🚿

I dried myself in a dressing stall across from the shower stalls. I put my Shampoo & Body Wash Gel bottles on the edge of a high stool as I toweled myself down. I hit my Nose against the Shampoo Bottle's Cap and proceeded to give myself a Bloody Nose in my Right Nostril as I bent down because I was "blind" without my eyeglasses 👓 on ( I kept it with my other stuff in a locker )❗🫢❗ That Was A LIFETIME First‼️🙄‼️

Then, I went to the Seafood City Pilipino Grocery Store, after my Nose stopped bleeding, to buy closeouts on Christmas Cheese Balls. I bought 2 Queso de Bola Cheddar Cheeses in the Green Box and 2 Queso de Bola Baby Edams wrapped in Red Cellophane. I had to buy 2 of each kind to get the closeout sale prices. I have too many Cheeses now! 🤦‍♂️ On the bright side, these Cheese Balls don't need to be refrigerated until after I cut into them. I think that I'll buy more of the Baby Edams kind❗😁❗

I have a craving for Popcorn. 🍿 I know what I need to make when I get home! I wonder how it will taste like if I drizzle it with EVOO .... 🤔

I ate ¼ of a Cheddar Cheese Ball and 2 hardboiled Eggs with the Popcorn. Now, it's back to working on this blog before I go to bed. 🛏️

Today, Monday, April 6th, 2026, I went to the AutoZone Automotive Store to inquire about my missing set of keys once again. Nobody found it. I bought a 2-pack of CR2032 Energizer Button 🔘 Batteries for my 2 cars' Remote Alarms.

Then, I walked around the corner to the FedEx Kinko's to also asked if someone had turned in a missing set of keys. Again, no such luck. 🙁

I used 1 of their copiers to make a duplicate copy of the Disability Payment Receipt Form which the EDD sent me a few days ago. I'll have to call the Union Pension Fund tomorrow to set up an appointment with the Benefits Clerk so that I can start drawing from my retirement pension.

Then, I went to the Sonoma Boulevard McDonald's Restaurant to finish this very Long Post because I missed my self-imposed Easter Sunday deadline since my cellphone 📱 Carrier throttled my Data because of Excessive usage! I had to constantly reboot my 'phone just to download an Image and/or attach a Link❗ 🫤 I think that I've used ~40 Gigabytes of Data on this blog post‼️

A couple of years after the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami 🌊, I was traveling from Vallejo, CA to Oakland, CA for my 2nd job when, all of a sudden, the whole night sky just flashed Green as I was driving on the Freeway in the Emeryville area! This was different from what I saw in the night sky in a different Cardinal Point of the Compass 🧭 9 days before the Tsunami hit❗ Anyway, since the Green Sky seemed directed towards the State of Michigan, I called my eldest sister to warn her to be safe outside and to stay away from crowds. Something did happen about a week later--I can't remember what it was that happened by I wrote BOTH EVENTS down in my Supernatural Diary AND I mentioned both separately in 2 of my Movie Blogs.
