Today, around noontime, Sunday, May 25th, 2025, I finally decided to try my Motorola Moto G's video mode while I sat on a bench in the hallway of the Sutter Solano Medical Center's Cancer Building. Alas, to my dismay, it exceeds the 100 MB limit! 🙁👎

Today, Monday, May 26th, 2025, marks eight ( 8 ) days that I've gone without eating anything! And I'm not hungry at all. Neither did I get any "hunger pangs." And watching Cooking Videos and Eating Competition Videos did not tempt me to break my fast ( my Longest Fast was a 21-Day Fast--and I even managed to work 8-hour Days when I did it )❗ I only drink Water, Coffee w/ Creamer & Artificial Sweetener, Tea w/ Creamer & Artificial Sweetener, Hydration Drink, and Olive Oil. As for the Tea, 1 sachet of Green Tea & 1 sachet of Lemongrass Tea combined tastes delicious. 😋 I also switched from Powdered Creamer to Whole Milk to cut down on Inflammation.
This time around, though, I'm being extra careful because of my Congestive Heart Failure! Since I didn't know beforehand if my ( 250+ supply ) of Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules are still fresh, I bit into a capsule. It tasted fresh. 👌 I also decided to play it safe by starting the 2nd week of the fast, today, with Nutritional and Food Supplements--which I didn't do before when I went on a 21-Day Fast. And I also took one CoQ-10 Gum Drop for my Heart Health. This evening, I drank a Liquid Protein Supplement, also for my Heart Health because Fasting can cause a massive stress to the Heart if you forego the Protein intake. Fasting also puts your body into Ketosis which drains your body of Electrolytes! Hence, the need to supplement with Hydration Drinks ( get the zero Sodium kind and just drink them with some Sea Salt on hand ); because a lack of Electrolytes further stresses the Heart! This will be my Fasting Plan until I switch to an OMAD ( One Meal A Day ) Diet for HOWEVER LONG IT WILL TAKE ME TO GET RID OF MY LOOSE SKIN‼️😏‼️
