Anyway, I drove around the corner to shop at the Neighborhood Wal-Mart.

I was looking for Roasted Sesame Seeds, mainly. Because the bag of Roasted Sesame Seeds that I bought at the Admiral Callaghan Lane Grocery Outlet Bargain Market was somewhat Salty. And the Sanco Caribe Coffee needed some strengthening in its very mild mannered flavor. I bought a bag of Honey flavored Roasted Sesame Seeds and two 7-pack mini boxes of single serving Folger's Classic Coffee.

I wanted to know if he could get an audio file transfered from my old Nokia to my new Motorola. He said that he doesn't know how to do the transfer but that Val might know how to do it using Bluetooth. I asked him how it could get transferred since my Nokia was no longer in service. Jamal said that I could still use my Nokia through any available Wi-Fi service. I asked him if it would also work with my Motorola's HotSpot. He said that it would--sweet! 👌
I'll have to go back on Thursday to have Val transfer my Audio File.
I asked Jamal if Motorola has a "mirroring" function like Samsung does. So that when I upgrade to a Motorola with a Stylus a few years down the road, transferring my account over will be easier and less time consuming. He said that Motorola doesn't have that function. 🙁
But he did mention that for every 6 months that I keep my cellphone, I'll get a $100 credit towards the purchase of a new 'phone---Sweeter! 👍

I went to check out the Springs Road Planet Fitness today, Thursday, May 15th, 2025, the day before their opening.
An old man exited and told me that it's not open yet. I started a conversation with him. His name is Frank. He said that he used to be a power lifter back in the '70s & '80s. I wouldn't have known it had he not told me so because he is so skinny now ( Sarcopenia is such a cruel, degenerative disease ). He said that he used to train in san francisco's Sports Palace. That's a world-famous gym for Olympic Lifters & Power Lifters. I told him that I went there hoping to get accepted to train in both styles of lifting. But I was rejected because of my Bad Knee, Bad Back & Bad Shoulders. His powerlifting was also cut short by a Shoulder injury. I mentioned that I was training to be a competitive bodybuilder but never got past my pre-training because of the injuries. At my peak, I had 17.0-inch ( 43.2 cm ) Calves, 24.0-inch ( 61.0 cm ) Thighs, 30.0-inch ( 76.2 cm ) Waist, 45.0-inch ( 114.3 cm ) Chest and 19.0-inch ( 48.3 cm ) Neck & Biceps.
I mentioned that I met the Olympic Bodybuilders Franco Columbo and Robbie Robinson.
Frank said that he met Franco Columbo and Arnold Schwarzenegger during a local san francisco competitive event as the Lifters and the Muscle Builders all stayed in the same hotel. He said that Arnold was a real jerk! And both Arnold and Franco tried to break down the door of the female Muscle Builder who won the night's competition so that they could r@p3 her❗😳❗They WERE training partners and were very competitive against each other. He said that they have the items in the back warehouse but there was no one to put them on the sales floor shelves❗I left not having anything to buy.
As I was almost finished with my Distance Walk, I finally met the condo neighbor who owns the Vespa Scooter. He said that it's only a 150cc but can climb steep hills with no problem and has a top speed of 80 mph ( 129 kph )‼️😲‼️ Plus, it has a fuel consumption of 50 miles ( 80.5 km ) per 1 gallon ( 3.8 l )❗
