Why was the Indian Soccer ⚽ team allowed to play barefooted against a team whose players were all wearing cleated shoes? That was a deliberately imposed "sports" handicap. The game should not have even been allowed to begin, in the first place! 😡 Was it put before an athletics Governing Board?
According to an online article, in a post-match(?) interview, a reporter asked the Indian team's coach why his players played barefooted. The coach said that in India they prefer to play football. Unlike the Europeans who prefer to play Bootball. The remark was printed in the newspapers the following day, and the team was invited to attend meetings with European dignitaries.
The bleeding blister on the ball of a soccer player's foot reminded me of my infected Foot Ulcer:

which almost got my Left Foot
amputated! They gave me a
3-Antibiotic Cocktail to
fight the infection &
kept me in the emergency room for half a

I was released around midnight.
The Ulcer, itself, left a big gaping hole at the
ball of my Foot. There was no muscle
at all. I asked the doctor why there
was hardly any blood. She said
that it's mostly just Bone,
Cartilage and Tendon
in the area of the
ball of the Foot.
I couldn't find the emergency room photos on
any of my phone's files! I hope that they
weren't auto deleted because I
don't have them on a
Cloud File. 😕
"Will I be cured if I quit now?" He asked his doctor this fatalistic question after he was diagnosed with Lung 🫁 Cancer and proceeded to light yet another cigarette 🚬.
My other brother-in-law, the one married to my 2nd sister, had an identical twin brother in the Philippines who died of Lung Cancer from too much smoking. But he also smokes like his late twin. He stopped for a while when my sister was with child. But that was it! He's back to smoking; and he even got our late brother-in-law to start smoking just a day before he died of a Heart Attack! I saw them do just that when I arrived at my 2nd sister's house for a welcome dinner get-together. Was the Blood Vessel-constricting Nicotine a factor in his death? I can only speculate. But this other brother-in-law seems unable or unwilling to kick his habit, though. SMDH ....
That was rude and disrespectful of them to ignore the coach all day long! 😠
The replacement coach did The Honorable Thing. I salute him for it!
I, too, had a bunch of books scattered throughout my bedroom at my late mother's house in Oakland, CA. She applied for a loan and an appraiser came by to check the house. She told my mother that my room was a Fire Hazard---Hmph! women .... 🙄 So, I had to clear my room and put all of my books 📚 in the detached garage. Oddly enough, my supernatural encounters lessened. I reasoned that it was because of the subject matters of my books: Occult, Witchcraft, Demonic Possessions, Ghost and Spirits, etc. 😒 I kept my Bibles in my room, though. Yes, certain books do come with either a Good or a Bad energy.

I've seen many Bollywood movies that have the PSA about "smoking cigarettes is injurious to one's health." I don't think that they have such a PSA for this movie. At least, I didn't notice it. 😕
This movie's subject is a very remarkable one in Indian Sports History. It's about a ragtag team that made it to the 1952 & 1960 Olympics. A feat that is yet to be repeated by India since.
During the Ending Credits, the actual team members are shown. About 2 or 3 of them were born on the 23rd of June.
Could it be the reason why one of its
release dates is for June 23, 2023?
Tidbits:
I walked 🚶♂️a total of 7,475 steps ( 277 Kcal, 1hr & 8 mins, 3.1 miles [ 5.0 km ] ) before the Midnight hour. But I was only able to do a single 100 yard/meter Incline Jog🏃♂️ before I went home.
I'm still waiting for the eggshells to get dissolved by the vinegar in this my 2nd Egg Experiment.
